    Tech Services Manager

    Job description

    Job Purpose

    Drive operational excellence of the chains Tech Services business activity ensuring the sustainability, profitability and growth of all Tech Services offerings and alignment with Tech Services strategic objectives.

    Education & Experience:

    • Matric
    • 3 year relevant qualification
    • 5 years retail operations at managerial level
    • Understanding of business operating models
    • Commercial and Financial Acumen
    • A technical qualification will be advantageous

    Key Performance Areas of Role

    • Manage, implement, drive and execute the Tech services strategies, platforms and activities to ensure profitability.
    • Effectively manage and update all tech offerings within the
    • business ensuring that the chain remains abreast / ahead of market changes and trends.
    • Drive Tech Services in-store execution to increase operating sales and income budgets for the Chain.
    • Training and development of staff within the tech services business.
    • Team human resources management.
    • Customer centricity.
