    New Installations Back Office Administrator

    Job description

    • General Administrative position in Schindler Construction department. (New Installations)
    • Handling Construction reservations
    • Booking of NI timesheets
    • Managing SAIS inspector pre-packs
    • Ability to work within a diverse team
    • Stock Overview and departmental distribution.
    • Assistance in financial tracking and reporting
    • Preparing sales handover packs
    • Tracking sales launches for NI department
    • Must have Advanced Word and Excel skills
    • Minimum Matric. Administrative tertiary qualification advantageous
    • Minimum 1 year experience in similar admin related role
