As the Scrum Master you will be taking on the role of facilitator and coach and you're going to be removing roadblocks (another way of saying, you'll be playing a pivotal role in the business).
Job Requirements
You need to have 3 - 5 years' experience in a true Scrum Master role and a relevant tertiary qualification. Financial services industry experience would be beneficial, but is not essential.
