We have an opportunity for you to join one of the largest suppliers of technology for the food processing industry as the Head of Solutions Sales where you will be responsible for the strategic and operational plans for the country, full P & L responsibility and ensuring profitability and target achievement within the business area.

Essentials:

• Tertiary Qualification in Mathematics, Physics or Engineering;
• 7 -10 years GM experience with vast experience in the sales of applications;
• Strong track record of leading and international or country sales department with experience selling both complex products and value added services within a manufacturing or engineering company;
• Commercial ability; strong negotiation skills, competitor analyses and developing the strategic sales plan; and
• Preference will be given to candidates who have managed a change process or performance transformations
