Job description

We are looking for a Personal Assistant (Intern) to join our very creative team of consisting of client service, designers, and developers at G2Design.

Tasks may include but are not limited to:

• Assisting in Studio Workflow
• Tracking of Milestones
• Data Management and Filing
• Travel and Accommodation Arrangements
• Taking Minutes on Meetings
• Writing of Briefs
• Assistance During Presentations
• Screening Phone Calls
• Handling of Inquiries and Requests
• Meeting and Greeting of Visitors
• Organizing and Maintaining the Calendar
• Dealing with Incoming Mail and eMail
• Liaising with Clients, Suppliers the Studio

You need to be cool, calm and collected, work well under pressure and most importantly, be willing to learn. You communicate well, you are punctual, extremely organised, and people love dealing with you. To top it off, your levels of efficiency and pro-activity are extremely high.
