We are looking for a System Integration consultant to work within our integrations & BI development team to help with system integration. Connecting Sync to other software applications, developing EDI solutions, & solving integration & complex technical issues is where we need your help.

Responsibilities

• EDI Integration Development
• Integration Testing, Documentation & Deployment
• Database and application maintenance
• Investigating new technologies and developing related apps
• Support:
• After hours support – standby for Overseas integration applications
• Customer support: remote troubleshooting and query resolution
• Liaising with support desks for 3rd party applications (Pastel, QBooks, Shopify etc.)
• Development of SSIS and Data migration packages
• Liaising with USA tech support
• Building a relationship with other iSync offices (USA, CPT etc.)
• Understanding of business systems; including but not limited to:
• Accounts (Sage, Xero, QBooks etc.)
• POS systems
• Courier systems
• ERP systems
• Setup and maintenance of a full integration environment (Pastel, QBooks, Shopify, Shipstation, USA EDI etc.)
• Keeping up to date with integration trends i.e. hosted accounting systemsenvironments, web services etc.
• Completing and passing yearly Microsoft Exams
• Documentation and Admin:
• Maintaining accuracy of code repository
• Ensuring departmental documentation is accurate
• Ensuring work tickets are completed on time and accurately

Qualifications & Experience

• C# Experience
• Microsoft SQL (applicants will have to first pass a SQL assessment)
• SQL Server Integration Services expertise
• Tertiary IT qualification
• Must have passed all subjects on Higher Grade at high school
• Must have passed Mathematics on Higher Grade at high school
• Graduates will be considered only if they have strong SQL knowledge
