Job description

Our client is a rapidly expanding and internationally backed IPP who have recently won several projects across West Africa.

They seek to appoint a highly experienced engineer with strong leadership track record, to manage multiple plants operations and maintenance

You will provide strategic support to the CEO is ensuring delivery of this accelerated business plan backed by international investors

You will manage several Plant Managers, Operations Managers, Supply Chain Managers

Key requirements are:

• Experience and competence in plant technology, systems and procedures.
• Experience in implementation of ISO 9000, 14000, 18000, 14224 norms and systems
• Knowledge of international standards: OSHA, ISO, ANSI, NFPA, IEC, IEEE ASME etc.
• Business acumen to formulate decisions in a dynamic commercial environment.
• Good communications/inter-personal skills, self-motivated, with the ability to manage people and resources with optimum effectiveness.
