Your key responsibilities:

• Acting on our client’s behalf and using their brand you’ll be comfortable screening and assessing candidates applying for positions in the UK
• An interesting mix of assessment and delivery. You’ll thrive in an SME environment, where less structure and boundaries are complemented by more flexibility and greater speed of decision making
• Developing our UK Client Portfolio by helping our clients source the best possible talent in the market
• Looking for better ways to do things – whether it’s improving systems, processes or procedures, you’ll strive for simplicity
• Work independently and to present us with solutions to your challenges

Our required expertise:

• A commercially aware candidate, with an understanding of how procurement, good resource planning, recruitment marketing, effective processes and well configured technology positively impacts a business
• A people’s person and will be able to flex your style to suit your audience
• A genuine interest in the Talent, Resourcing and HR industry
• An idea generator and strong networker, able to engage both potential candidates and stakeholders
• Strong project management experience

Qualifications are not important to us – values, behaviour, the right attitude and experience go much further in our view
This role will require someone who can work later in the evening than normal sometimes as late as 8pm
