OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB:

Assess, repair and maintain ICT finance products and equipment to ensure optimal operating levels.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure that all repaired parts are fully operational.
• Manage and maintain workload.
• Follow up on backorders.
• Adhere to ISO 9001 requirements.
• Problem escalations.

QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE and EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Matric
• S3/NTC6 Electronics qualification or equivalent
• 0-2 years working experience on ATM/POS modules an advantage
• Mechanical skills with regards to stripping down and re-assembling of ATM/POS Modules.
• Fault finding techniques
• Ability to use test equipment
