    Regional Marketing Manager

    Job description

    We are building and driving an in house boutique agency, 70SIX, leading the marketing for the Pam Golding Properties business nationally and internationally. We are on a strategic mission to build the brand back to its luxury status and to bring creativity to the industry in a way not seen before.     • Digitally savvy with experience across the digital spectrum including social, CRM an digital media
    • Formulation of regional marketing plan
    • Drive, promote and activate all online and digital opportunities, including but not limited to the PGP website and area guides, property portals, SEO (PPC and GDN), paid for media, Alchemy etc.
    • Drive media strategy regional and lead advertising opportunities (print, online and outdoor signage) for regional strategies
    • Support each branch’s advertising efforts by creating awareness of available media, helping to coordinate production of needed advertising/collateral materials and tracking effectiveness. • Manage all Development work, from pitch phase, through to budgeting and concept creation as well as the activation of an extended marketing relationship. (Client Facing)
    • Identify and develop cross marketing and partnership opportunities with various stakeholders including local and regional businesses (leveraging third party relationships).
    • Must be natural leader and capable of handling a large team, and able to handle a wide range of stakeholders - all of which have challenging demands and loud voices! • Be able to motivate and inspire our regional in house agency team at 70Six (the PGP in house agency) as well as instill agency processes and efficiencies
    • Advertising agency experience a must and candidates must currently be at group account director or business unit director level with a minimum 8 years experience.
    • Ideally should have experience with award winning creative work and the creative processes required to create category defining work.
