IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU FIT THE REQUIREMENTS BELOW BUT IF YOU ARE FUN, PASSIONATE AND EXCITING WE CAN OVERLOOK SOME OF THEM

• At least 2+ years of experience building and developing amazing technology platforms with global reach
• You know how to delegate but also exactly when to roll your sleeves up, get your hands dirty and do it yourself
• You are determined but diplomatic when dealing with colleagues and third parties; you listen carefully and establish credibility
• You have a truly entrepreneurial attitude and thrive when thrown in the deep end of the pool – you love a good challenge
• Core skills in Javascript
• Passionate about back-end development

• Node.js development
• Pull-request workflow with constructive code reviews
• Continuous integration / deployment
• Focus on visual and performance quality
• Identify areas of technical debt and recommend and prioritize solutions
• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
• Implementation of security and data protection
• Improving the way we work
