Job description

Responsible for regional: RNC/ BTS planning, optimisation, dimensionig, integration and configuration, Electro Magnetic Radiation (EMR) management, customer quality and coverage complaint management, as well as implementation of all relevant policies and procedures.

• Provided Network Support
• Receive and analyse a query
• Diagnose the problem
• Escalate the problem to the relevant role players for a solution
• Implement and monitor solution
• Document and circulate findings, conclusions and recommendations
• Provide feedback to the relevant role players
• Conducted Mobile Network Optimisation
• Monitor the network to determine the capacity / coverage / quality requirements
• Identify possible problems
• Conduct root cause analysis
• Plan the proposed solution
• Conduct network optimisation
• Obtain feedback from customer care as to whether the problem is resolved
• Carry out network trialling
• Monitor network performance statistics
• Planned Mobile Network
• Identify possible problems
• Plan the proposed solution
• Liaise with the relevant role players
• Approved the final Draft by all relevant role players prior
• Issue the job order
• Receive the site file
• Conduct optimisation of the site
• Record all changes made
• Monitor the network to determine if the site is correctly integrated.
• Update all relevant network tools and databases

Special Requirements

• WCDMA/UMTS RAN planning or optimisation experience
• Valid driver's license
• Willing to work long hours
