    Digital Learning Consultant

    Job description

    We have a new opening for a passionate and driven Digital Learning Consultant.

    The successful candidate will become part of our EMEA Sales team, driving both digital and print product sales across the Gauteng Province with a heavy focus on growing digital business. You will create opportunities to introduce our digital content, software and services to Higher Education establishments, working in partnership with new and existing customers to identify and implement tailored solutions.

    Key Responsibilities Include

    • Achieving assigned revenue targets.
    • Using our sales framework, create opportunities and long-lasting relationships with key instructors across assigned schools and institutions, faculty members, administrators, IT and senior management.
    • Closing deals and engaging with all necessary stakeholders through the sales cycle.
    • Establishing yourself as the Digital Learning Consultant of the Gauteng Province and lead their shift from print to digital.
    • Research, analyse and apply market and competitor information to successfully market products and support product development.
    • Be the point of contact and relationship manager for our customers on technical and support issues, problem solving and training requirements.
    • Ensuring our CRM (Salesforce.com) is kept up-to-date and accurate with sales information.

    You should only apply if you thrive in a fast paced, high-energy environment with a focus on delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction. This does involve travelling between customers and institutions so a valid driving licence is essential.

    Key Requirements Include

    • Previous sales or business development experience with a track record in achieving targets
    • Experience gained within a digital or online market/of digital products environment
    • An understanding of the Higher Education sector would be desirable
    • Experience of managing the complete sales cycle – business development to closing
    • Stakeholder management
    • Fully bilingual – English and Afrikaans
