    enior Manager: Customer Value Proposition Strategy

    Job description

    • Influence delivers Results! CVP drives Customer Growth Strategy!
    • Own and drive design and implementation of compelling and differentiated value propositions partnering with segment, product and distribution business units across Financial Services group.
    • Provide internal consulting support and lead CVP innovation by bringing global best practice into proposition methodology and segmentation practises, and unlocking strategies that will ensure fast and effective move to market.
    • Develop Customer Journey framework together with Maturity Measurement Tools to ensure success.

    Role requires:

    • Marketing or Business Degree
    • Customer Insights experience
    • CVP/Segment strategy design and execution
    • Record of leadership and influence
