Want to manage a small dynamic team of people and work in the fast growing industry of eCommerce? If your answer is yes, then this role may be for you.

This role primarily involves being hands on and managing the entire non-technical team at uAfrica.com.

You should be a self motivated, driven individual that is prepared to take on the challenge of using your personal flare to contribute to what is predominately a very technology focused company by creating a slick, lean customer centric but also a results driven / sales orientated organisation. The role requires the following:

• Managing a small but diverse team
• Managing all operational aspects of the business including customer services
• Formulating and implementing a sales plan
• Responsibililty for the company's P&L
• Social media and online marketing
• Being prepared to roll up your sleeves and lead by example
• Understanding of SAAS businesses and how to sell SAAS services
• Have an understanding of eCommerce and related technical aspects
• A large part of the business revolves around the logistics aspect of eCommerce so any expereince in this area will be a bonus.

Some form of tertiary education is required with a university degree being the most preferred.
