    Client Lead

    Job description

    A candidate with a strong background in digital media is needed to manage an international beauty client. You will be the main contact person for the client and will be working together with the client to grow their business. You will be responsible for the implementation of campaigns and reporting. The brand is a fun and open client who are eager to be in the digital space.

    Must have excellent client management skills and experience. Need to be proficient in digital advertising implementation (Search & Social). You need to be organised, this is a must.

    Social:

    • Execute paid social campaigns, which includes managing Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and any other social media platform that may be in the interest of the client.
    • Track and report on all campaign results in either monthly reporting, calls, or meetings.
    • Provide tactical solutions to clients and campaign audits and optimisations
    • Budget management and flexibility.
    • Ensure all deadlines are met personally and within the team
    • Align strategies and campaign execution to client goals and objectives
    • Plan, manage, and execute paid social campaigns from account setup, strategy to reporting.
    • Be consistent in our approach to look for ways to drive successful campaigns and to always align with client goals.
    • Build and maintain client relationships and trust.
    • Be the client’s point of contact for all enquiries and guidance.
    • Keep up to date with the client’s business and brand to ensure campaigns align accordingly
    • Provide added value to clients to nurture relationships.
    • Collaborate to execute client’s objectives
    • Be flexible to quickly adapt responsibilities in line with companies’ own vision and goals.
    • Monitor industry changes and keep abreast of all social media trends.
    • Be present for client pitches and new campaign briefings
    • Provide guidance and support to team members
    • Lead by example
    • Manage client billings in line with budgets
    • 2+ years experience

    Search:

    • 3 Years minimum experience
    • Managing existing and creating new accounts for existing and new clients.
    • All aspects of running daily AdWords accounts which Include:
    • Creating Campaigns, Keywords, Ads etc.
    • Loading account and ensuring account goes live
    • Performance optimisations
    • Rolling out new BETA tests for clients
    • Meeting with clients to discuss performance and future budgets.
    • Compiling and presenting performance reports
    • Budget optimisation and planning
    • Google Analytics experience beneficial+
    • E-Commerce background beneficial
