Job Description:

The Junior DotNet Programmer is primarily responsible for providing development, enhancement, troubleshooting and maintenance for software applications.

Responsibilities:

• Planning, designing and developing new feature functionality for software applications per internal requirements and specifications
• Identifying, troubleshooting and debugging defects in designated application code
• Work on new and existing applications along with enhancements to WinForms applications, web applications, and infrastructure.
• Growing the existing systems including, but not limited to, the Business Intelligence application and main internal business systems.
• Performs hands-on coding and assists in the architecting web and desktop based solutions.
• Liaison with internal departments, suppliers and various business support areas.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Passion for development and latest technologies.
• Eager to learn new skills and take ownership of projects.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain mid-level to complex applications.
• Inputs in design and technical meetings.
• Ability to learn and adapt to continuously changing technology.
• Clear understanding of Object Oriented Programming, and Data Structures.
• Experienced at developing elegant-yet-simple systems using best practices and design patterns
• Minimum Requirements: Solid knowledge and application in the following technologies: DotNet Programming (Primarily C#); SQL
• Highly Recommended: ASP.Net, CSS, JQuery
• Optional: DevExpress frameworks and controls including XPO and XAF, AJAX, Entity Framework.
