    Accountant

    Job description

    CFO of a leading Security company is looking for an Accountant to join their team in Midrand. This role offers great growth potential for the right candidate.

    Salary:

    Up to R400 000 per annum (no benefits)

    Qualifications:

    BCom + completed articles AND ideally 3 years Post Articles (NO big 4) in commercial sector, preferably with trading.

    Personality:

    • Very driven,
    • not a job hopper,
    • ambitious and meticulous.
    • Serious about career in commercial finance.

    Typical duties amongst others:

    • Processing of all accounting and financial transactions.
    • Ensuring fin controls and checks/balances
    • Monthly management accounts
    • Recons of all balance sheet accounts
