For the last 5 decades our client has offered a variety of services to Landlords and Tenants in the Property Sector of South Arica and Sub-Saharan Africa. Being one of the leading service providers our client offers advisory services on Developments, Asset, Property and Facilities Management and retail services. With a strong financial offering to clients, they require an experienced Financial Manager to join their Johannesburg team. You will be responsible for the full financial function of all property portfolios under management. This includes reviewing monthly recons of ledgers, performing month and year-end procedures to ensure that all client requirements and deadlines are met. Reviewing of monthly management packs, reviewing and authorising of balance sheet recons, vat submissions, as well as coordination and supervision of the accounting administration and net income flows of the properties under management, will all fall under your responsibilities. You will also need to project manage the take on of new clients and property acquisitions. If you have been a Financial Manager or Property Accountant for a Minimum of 5 years in the Property Industry, with a BCom Honours degree in Accounting, and have worked on Word, Excel, Great Plains Accounting Software and Internet software, please send along your Word CV today.
