Job description

Job Purpose:

As a Product Owner you would be responsible for the day-to-day technical operation of the product. This includes system monitoring, identification of issues and resolution of these through relationships with internal and extenal stakeholders. You will also be responsible for the activation of new products in existing markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and delivering system enhancements.
• Ensuring the successful launch of products and FSP activations.
• Internal communication and knowledge management of mobile network operator (MNO) systems.
• Maintain and optimize the system to maximum potential.
• Documentation for integrations.

Qualification and Experience Requirements:

• Undergraduate Degree or Diploma
• Business Analysis/Product Owner/Project Management Diploma or Certificates. Any technical certificates (Desirable)
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in order to successfully manage operational solutions i.e. not just the launch of a new project.
• Track record of delivering in a Business Analyst or Product Owner role within a fast growing tech or financial services company would be advantageous.
• Strong MS Office, in particuluar, Excel skills
• SQL
