Conducting of pre-blast meetings with all relevant parties to ensure awareness of responsibilities relating to communication, withdrawal and making safe of machinery, correct placement and protection of infrastructure including the withdrawal of personnel from the blasting radius prior to blasting
Physical examination and follow up relating to the withdrawal of equipment and personnel during blasting clearing processes
Placing of blasting guards in accordance with the blasting plan
