- To drive business analysis initiatives for the Group Security Management Department
- To drive business analysis initiatives, from initiation to implementation, on projects of all risk levels with varying lifecycles
- To facilitate workshops independently and consult with business owners and stakeholders in respect of problem definition and identification of business requirements/needs
- To review business processes and procedures, analyse business needs and associated data, identify and assess possible solutions, and define the associated requirements
- To elaborate the scope and feasibility of solutions and develop the supporting business case
- To investigate problems and propose solutions by interacting with users, developers and other stakeholders
- To stay abreast of changes to analytical tools and methodologies, and apply these in the course of own work
- To engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously and liaise with the relevant project managers on initiatives
- To drive and challenge the Group Security Management Department on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans
- To Liaise between the Group Security Management Department, technology teams and support teams as required
- 5 – 8 years in Business Analysis with the following job related knowledge and skills:

- Cyber vulnerability management
- Security detection & response (SIEM & APT)
- Strong Multifactor Authentication
- Privileged user Account Management
- Physical Security control systems
- Computer literacy
- Business analysis
- Experience in Banking preferred
