This position is to sell residential and commercial property on the small holdings and small farms in Laezonia, Mnandi, Monavoni and Knoppieslaagte in Centurion, Pretoria. You will take over an established territory and branding.
You will have a good knowledge of country lifestyle choices, some equestrian understanding and enjoy working and networking with people. You are focused and dedicated and understand that your earnings will be directly linked to your efforts and appreciated being well rewarded, for work well done.
You have your own vehicle and smart phone. You are comfortable finding your own stock utilising the extensive company resources, you negotiate well and you are willing to work when required as part of a team.
You appreciate being able to work your own hours, have access to the full suite of supporting software in the cloud, attend ongoing training opportunities and have an office to utilise as required.
You are driven to succeed and may already have some real estate experience, although for the right person this is not a requirement. You are mature, self motivated and want to earn in excess of R1 million per year.
