    Commercial Property Lease Adviser

    Job description

    A new career in commercial property.

     As a Commercial Property Lease Adviser (Broker) you will be:

    • Responsible for leasing of commercial properties i.e. warehouses, offices, commercial land, investments & new developments
    • Prospecting for new corporate tenants
    • Canvassing for vacancies within the commercial property arena
    • Adding listings to various marketing channels such as websites and classifieds
    • Taking tenants to appropriate properties for viewings
    • Networking with landlords and other commercial property stakeholders
    • Negotiating lease agreements
    • Full training and mentorship provided. No property experience required BUT sales experience is a must.
    • Initial basic salary for successful candidates

    On target earnings for Year 1 (R400k  R600k) Year 2 (R800k +) plus international travel incentives
