Business Intelligence Developer to join our team in Cape Town.

Job specification

• Work as part of our in-house development team working on industry leading software solutions
• Designing, planning and integrating efficient database systems and BI solutions
• Debugging, monitoring and troubleshooting BI solutions
• Writing relational and multidimensional database queries
• Configuring, deploying and maintaining database servers
• Creating and deploying reports
• Develop and update technical documentation

Minimum requirements

• Extensive knowledge of the TSQL and SQL Server
• Experience with Microsoft BI Stack (SSIS, SSRS and SSAS)
• Familiar with Extraction, Transformation and Loading (ETL)
• Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Basic knowledge of SQL Server administration
• At least 4 years’ experience as a DB Developer
• Relevant tertiary qualifications (NQF 4 and above) and certificates (i.e. MSCE)

• Report Development (Microsoft SSRS)
