Job description

The successful candidate will be involved in the following key areas:

• Coordinating workflow between all departments (HR / new business / production / management)
• Identify and manage business resource allocations (Traffic).
• Monitoring and reporting production.
• Ensuring staff are aligned to their role with clear role descriptions and responsibilities.
• Coordinate with HR to screen, interview and place the right production resources.
• Building and implementing of systems and processes that optimise production.
• Talent development (production)
• Optimise profitability per head

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Relevant Business degree or post graduate qualification
• Proven media/advertising industry experience essential
• Operations and management experience essential
