A leading Asset Management Company in Cape Town is looking for a suitably qualified incumbent to head up the Information Systems Development team as its next Oracle Flexcube Development Team Lead. With the use of V12 Extensibility and end-to-end delivery of key modules, you will be responsible for the design, solutions and implementation of Flexcube features. In this senior position, you will also be expected to guide, mentor and be accountable for the successful execution of the deliverables of Flexcube development. The ideal candidate must have a relevant qualification and working knowledge of Oracle database administration.

 DUTIES:

• Accountable for the developing and deployment of extensibility features on Flexcube V12.
• Coordinating Flexcube development with Oracle and other Vendor teams.
• Interact with Oracle and Flexcube Business Analysts to finalize solution.
• Management of the Oracle DBAs and Flexcube Developers.
• In charge of the release management.
• Responsible to ensure day-to-day support, troubleshooting and maintenance of Flexcube and related systems are in place and properly governed.
