The successful candidate will be responsible for the below mentioned contracts:
 
Responsibilities:

• Purchase and disposal of assets
• Mergers and acquisitions
• Setting up and structuring of various legal entities
• General contracts required for daily business
• The employee will also attend to all the personal legal matters of the Managing Director

Requirements / Qualifications:  

• B.Com Law
• The candidate should be experienced in compliance regulations relating to coal mining specifically social and labour plans, health and safety, environmental, employment equity and empowerment and General legal advisory services
