Corporate Commercial Associate to join growing team.

Requirements:

• Admitted Attorney
• A minimum of 2 years experiennce within a competent and reputable corporate and commercial team
• Exceptional understanding of the Copanies Act No. 71 of 2008
• Ability to draft a wide array of corporate and commercial agreements
• Company secretarial experience
• Own transport and a valid driver's licence
• Attention to detail / meticulous
• Professional and presentable appearance
• Fluent in English and have a basic comprehension of Afrikaans
• Skilled in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
• Comprehension of Ghost Practice will be an advantage
• Proactive mind set and ability to take initiative
• Business development capibility
• Ability to operate independently
• Motivated and enthusiastic
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise
