Job description

Corporate Commercial Associate to join growing team.

Requirements:
- Admitted Attorney
- A minimum of 2 years experiennce within a competent and reputable corporate and commercial team
- Exceptional understanding of the Copanies Act No. 71 of 2008
- Ability to draft a wide array of corporate and commercial agreements
- Company secretarial experience
- Own transport and a valid driver's licence
- Attention to detail / meticulous
- Professional and presentable appearance
- Fluent in English and have a basic comprehension of Afrikaans
- Skilled in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Comprehension of Ghost Practice will be an advantage
- Proactive mind set and ability to take initiative
- Business development capibility
- Ability to operate independently
- Motivated and enthusiastic
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
