Job description

• Provides consulting services to customers and assistance to Business Partners related to the Sage X3
• Responsible for implementing and integrating the product.
• Conducts onsite customer implementation meetings and converts pre-sales customer needs analysis and customer business requirements into successful client implementations.
• Works with customers to achieve the best solutions for customer to maximize product use, benefits, and functionality.
• Provides training services, including RealTime, regional and custom courses.
• Provides assistance with curriculum development as needed. 
• Assesses clients’ needs to understand how their business operates in order to form and execute an implementation strategy that will best utilize the product(s).
• Provides leadership in conducting and coordinating customer meetings and communications during the implementation process.
• Provides one-on-one as well as group training, both in a classroom setting, and web based via Web Ex.
• Conducts customer product acceptance testing and evaluation.
• Maintains customer satisfaction by ensuring the highest quality of implementation consulting services.
• Provides feedback to peers and management as an active participant in the continual improvement philosophies of Sage.
• Manages individual utilization targets and upsell services to existing customers when the opportunity arises.
