ROLE PURPOSE:

Conduct qualitative research in order to obtain in-depth insights about our clients, our sales channels and our broader business for innovative and client-centric solution design. To be based at our Head Offices in Bellville, Cape Town.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Honours degree in Market Research or other applicable social or human sciences qualification
• 3-5 years extensive experience in qualitative research methodology
• Experience in corporate/sales environment
• FSB FAIS Regulatory Examination - RE5 and RE1 is advantageous
• Experience in observation
• Excellent communication skills
• Preferably currently based in Cape Town

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Conduct end to end research: one on one, focus groups and determine the methodology, sampling and execution
• Prepare reports, disseminate insights and present findings to relevant stakeholder
• Compile, communicate and interpret research briefs from the business and identify unexpressed research needs
• Collaborate with Client Solutions stakeholders to achieve a coherent insights driven client value proposition
• Conduct unstructured and immersive research projects
• Extract and disseminate insights from various datasets to inform business decision making
