We are looking for an enthusiastic Market Research Account Manager for our Cape Town office, based in Century City.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage a small team of execs and analysts. In addition, you will be involved in all aspects of market research  qualitative and quantitative, primary and secondary research. Your daily tasks will range from putting together proposals and attending client meetings to designing and managing projects, analysing data and presenting research reports.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of university Honours degree in marketing, commerce, PPE
• Minimum of 3 years work experience (but no more than 7 years) at a market research company or Client company
• Internet and desk research
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
• High level of numeracy and analytic skills
• Ability to analyse data in Excel, and put together reports in PowerPoint
• Passionate about information and learning new things
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Focus on quality and professionalism
• Highly organised
• Capable of effectively managing projects and meeting deadlines
• Selfmotivated with ability to work individually as well as part of a team
