Job description
The role will be primarily focused toward development and support of Google (incl. mobile) based business applications and tools. Contribute to the design, planning and delivery of these solutions, including, but not exclusively, data and business requirement gathering, management of project priority lists and plans. This role will involve the knowledge transfer to the individual businesses and development of tools, with full support of the local South Africa Google Services and UK teams. The position also requires the production and presentation of monthly reports on project status and developments.
This role will specifically work with business and IT teams, to identify opportunities, develop specification and deliver cost effective solutions, including support documentation and training material. This may include carrying out 1-1 and group training sessions yourself.
The position may require travel, but full use of virtual technology such as Google Hangouts and other collaboration tools is expected to be the default to deliver low cost deployment.
Coaching and Mentorship will be provided.
