Expectations and Tasks

• Developing and assessing alternative strategies for IT organization and support processes
• Developing and assessing alternative strategies for an IT Governance framework
• Developing and assessing alternative Merger & Acquisition Strategies (IT-focused)
• Identifying the appropriate IT enabler to support the business strategy
• Create IT value-based business cases to optimize technical system infrastructure
• Support transformation management process
• Develop IT specific organizational design for present and future
• Leads an internal SAP community
• Leads demand generation & closes sales
• Lead IT programs

Work Experience

Functional Experience

• 8+ years experience
• Advisor in questions of SAP technology
• Planning and leading of technical implementation projects
• Plans and reviews concepts and detailed blueprints of IT projects
• Has successfully handled several escalation projects
• Strong communication skills with technical and project management focus
• Acts as thought leader or moderator of a technology related community
• Managerial Experience
• Takes responsibility as a project leader
• Acts as a coach for colleagues

Education and qualification / skills and competencies:

• Degree in sciences (computer, natural, technical) or equivalent work experience
• NetWeaver Technology certification / Project Management (PMP) / SAP Business Objects certification
• Basis and HANA
• ITIL qualification
