Customer Experience Partner at Safmarine

Job description

The role of the Customer Experience Partner is to actively build strong relationships with customers to gain an understanding of their business and deliver an excellent end-to-end customer experience. As part of the Customer Experience Team, the Customer Experience Partner will work closely with allocated Sales representatives to increase share of wallet for existing customers and to identify opportunities to gain new business.
