Management Accountant

Job description

Role Purpose:

Responsible for audit engagements which relate to in-country processes and develop projects and initiatives that meet the strategic goals of the group and business unit.

Responsibilities:
- Monthly management reporting and variance analysis to EXCO
- Assisting in due diligence exercises and business valuations to support Africa expansion programme
- Financial Reporting and IFRS
- Shareholder accounting
- Support in-country teams in developing a robust reconciliations process and assist in the pro-actively managing in-country suspense accounts
Requirements:
- Qualified CA (SA)
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years post articles experience
- Experience working in Financial Services or Insurance industry
