    Management Accountant

    Job description

    Role Purpose:

    Responsible for audit engagements which relate to in-country processes and develop projects and initiatives that meet the strategic goals of the group and business unit.

    Responsibilities:

    • Monthly management reporting and variance analysis to EXCO
    • Assisting in due diligence exercises and business valuations to support Africa expansion programme
    • Financial Reporting and IFRS
    • Shareholder accounting
    • Support in-country teams in developing a robust reconciliations process and assist in the pro-actively managing in-country suspense accounts

    Requirements:

    • Qualified CA (SA)
    • Minimum of 3 - 5 years post articles experience
    • Experience working in Financial Services or Insurance industry
