Job description

We’re looking for young, upbeat people that will work well in a small team. This means being able to multitask between internet support, credit vetting and financial administation (collections).

• Reporting to the General Manager and/or Supervisor, your duties as Contact Centre Agent will include, but will not be limited to, the following:
• To handle inbound and outbound emails and calls with customers and merchants timeously and in line with the email and call quality standards, and with adherence to specified compliance procedures.
• To process and verify/validate applications for credit timeously, accurately and in line with the company’s business processes.
• To process and resolve account queries, disputes and cancellations / refunds onto customers’ accounts.
• To follow the collection strategy when handling customers whose accounts are in arrears.
• To provide management with feedback and input into the POC processes and practices to ensure continuous improvement.
• Other ad hoc tasks as required.
