Job description
Key Purpose

To Design Service Stations & Fuel Installations complying with all Engen & Regulatory standards, thereby enabling ESM Retail; Engineering & Construction to meet its objectives in cost effective & sustainable manner

Provide Architectural support to establish and document Engen retail standards.

• Site Diagram Analysis
• Regulatory & Local By-Law Analysis
• Parker Evaluation Analysis
• Design: Buildings, Forecourts, Fuel Installations, APO’s, Upgrades
• Retail Standards Management: Construction, Fuel Installation, Signage, HSE, Quick Shop, Fast Foods
• Business Controls Support: Procurement, Exports, Payments, Admin/Filing

Education & Experience

• Matric and Architectural Diploma or Associated Degree.
• Minimum 5 Years Architectural Design / AutoCAD Experience
• Registered member of SACAP
• Computer Literate – Computer assisted Design Programmes
• Relevant SAP Modules
