    Traditional Sales Manager

    Job description

    This is an exciting role for someone with true entrepreneurial spirit, you will be responsible to Establish, manage and grow key account companies for Energizer, for a new product line. You will identify opportunities and maximize revenue across the portfolio opportunities.

    Accountabilities

    • Sales Management : FMCG: planning targets, Gap analysis, Adjusting planned action to meet changing needs, Staff development.
    • Marketing : Maintaining a knowledge of the industry and an awareness of factors that may affect the business
    • Strategy: Researching, competitors within the news, listening to internal and external customers and networking, producing and reviewing surveys and industry data, attending relevant events.
    • Finance: Input to future market development from an informed perspective, Appraisal/understanding of the bigger picture and overall business strategy and objectives to ensure alignment, Competitor analysis,
    • Handling commissions, team meetings, pricing, managing revenue, forecasting
    • To be successful in this position you will need to have previous experience working as part of a team of Key account / Operations managers and experience managing a team of sales reps and / or merchandisers
