The Marketing Executive will be responsible to plan and develop marketing initiatives and activities for the brands that assure profitable growth and effective execution of the strategy.

The talent acquisition team is searching for a dynamic senior marketing professional, a FMCG industry specialist and an ‘out of the box’ thinker.

Minimum Requirements:

• A degree or diploma in marketing management.
• 7-10 years’ experience in marketing.
• FMCG industry experience.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a management role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategy development in the areas of corporate brand portfolio, communication, innovation and category growth and shopper insight.
• Lead development of category value drivers to ensure internal business is aligned to growth drivers and external customers are aligned with our innovation and growth agenda.
• Identify new markets and evaluate any opportunities.
• Lead and develop strategic brand communication and packaging platforms with agencies.
• Interpret country and global growth drivers at both a macro and micro level.
• Drive the achievement of brand SIA operational targets.
• Develop the pricing strategy and engage commercial and operations teams on portfolio decisions.
• Lead and provide guidance on the strategic NPD portfolio agenda and ensure the funnel is populated for 2 years ahead.
• Ensure proper market analysis is done by the team through a variety of mediums such as market research, consumer research and product research.
• Compile and conduct Board presentations and reviews relating to the strategic agenda effecting NPD, communication or new market development.
