Job description

Purpose

To develop and implement our training methodology and toolbox in a way that is meaningful and impactful in upskilling our partners so they are able to provide exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop the training methodology and toolbox that is differentiated for culturally diverse implementation in emerging markets globally
• Understand the business model and product knowledge and keep abreast as we rapidly implement new products in new territories
• Leverage on strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to effectively align our training to business needs and changing priorities
• Ability to effectively train and ensure sound understanding of our products to all our partners and their ability to support our customer
• Measure the effectiveness of our training methodology and toolbox and constantly innovate and improve
• Ability to apply knowledge and experience of digital, social media, face to face and other best practices for training mediums
• Ad hoc projects and key initiatives as required

Requirements (Qualifications and Experience)

• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Accreditation in Training, Facilitation and/or Design
• Proven track record of developing and implementing of training methodology and relevant content
• Exceptional training and presentation skills
• Experience training across culturally diverse populations
• Ability to travel globally on a monthly basis
