Fleet Asset Account Manager at HR Matters (Pty) Ltd

Job description

• Develop a pipeline to work from through e.g. referrals, marketing online, word of mouth, networking with current customers
• Follow up on leads and meet with prospective customers
• Request quotations on behalf of new customers by following set processes and procedures within predetermined timelines
• Keep minutes of meetings with customers up to date and provide additional information and feedback as required
• Review quotations for administration department to ensure that it meets customer requirements
• Process facility applications including credit clearance, do risk assessment and motivation for facility as required by credit department, scrutinize financials prior to submission to credit and risk departments
• Conclude master agreements with customers including governance requirements, e.g. FICA compliance
• Order vehicles and arrange for delivery
• Develop leads by attending exhibitions, trade shows, launches to expose prospective customers to the Company offering
• Provide a full customer service to new customers for the first twelve months of the agreement, including monthly analysis reports and reviews, addressing all operational issues and providing ongoing solutions
