They Need You To
- Maintain optimal service levels for all users and systems;
- Provide day to day Maintenance for Systems integrity;
- Provide all levels of support within designated SLA;
- Prioritise and delegate work; and,
- Provide network, server and user support.
- You need to have an MCSE (Desktop Infrastructure), an N+ / A+, at lease 5+ years' of Onsite desktop LAN support experience, 2+ years' Microsoft Office 365 installation and support experience as well as 4+ years' of experience with Microsoft Active Directory services.
- You will require a strong understanding of network protocols/services and network infrastructures, strong communication skills both verbal and written, as well as strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- It's important that you are able and willing to travel to locations around Cape Town if required.
