Key Resposnibilities:

• Provide support for maintenance, upgrades and implementation of multiple commercial applications across groups
• Assist customers to optimise the use of the commercial systems
• Administer commercial applications training and maintain user training materials
• Assist the business to identify business requirements
• Work with solution specialists to align technical solutions to business requirements
• Facilitate design reviews and audits to make sure objectives are met and standards are followed for the commercial applications in scope
• Monitor the adoption of best practice and the use of standard systems and solutions for the defined Commercial systems
• Identify process and task improvements and propose these to user forums and key business stakeholders to help drive service and business improvements
• Ensure knowledge underpinning commercial systems application/service delivery is documented, managed and maintained
• Follow-up on suitable support models for all new solutions and enhancements when they are delivered

Experience and knowledge in the following will be beneficial:

• Information Management ERP field, controls, and risk mitigation knowledge
• Understanding of ERP stream process tasks
