Job description

• To update product plans and manage the product life-cycle in its entirety and identify innovation opportunities to extend the product life and improve profitability. Supplier and relationship management of internal and external product suppliers.
• Responsible to achieve the operational execution of all Product Initiative Plans for the financial year in relation to In Loans or Value Added Service in order to achieve P&L targets.
• Conduct Annual Product Pricing Review during the year to ensure revenue targets are met while respecting the brand and meeting customer principles.
• Drive the development and implementation of New Product Development/Enhancements.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

• A relevant completed Commercial/Marketing/Engineering or similar degree and/or relevant retail credit experience.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in product development, product management, lifecycle management or business management in the financial lending industry.
• Expert technical experience in product, especially in the retail credit e.g. personal loans.
