Job description

The position will be based in the Southern Suburbs of the Western Cape and the successful candidate will be responsible for positioning the company as the preferred property agency, with a specific focus on the residential market.

The development, implementation and execution of an appropriate business strategy to support the strategic vision, and to ensure the proper functioning of a competent team of real estate agents.

Key Requirements :

• Real Estate Board EAAB recognised qualification
• Registered Estate Agent - NQF4 and NQF5
• At least 5 years’ experience in a management role, with a proven track record
• leading a team
• Strong personality
• Excellent administration skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Strong coaching skills
• Solid understanding of real estate board requirements and regulations
• Proven track record in sales
• Good understanding of business processes and procedures
• Solid understanding of financial institution regulations
• Good understanding of relevant legislation and legal knowledge of the real estate industry
