HR Generalist (6 month Contract position) at Vital Health Foods

Job description

This is a 6 month maternity cover contract position.

• Coordinate all Training and Development initiatives.
• Coordinate bursaries, learnerships and in-service programs.
• Liaise with SETA and timeously submit reports for rebates.
• Responsible for annual workplace skills plan and annual training plan reporting.
• Reponsible for transformation of the business: Coordinate all EE and BBBEE initiatives.
• Responsible to manage Industrial Relations in the business. Provide effective IR advice, support and administration within set guidelines.
• Ensure that all IR queries are effectively resolved.
• Minute taking, recordkeeping and reporting on all IR cases.
• Liaison with the union.
• Representation at CCMA cases.
• Monthly reporting.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in HR or Industrial Psychology.
• At least 5 years experience in Training and Development,
• Industrial Relations and Transformation.
  Excellent attention to detail, pro-active thinking, and an unwavering focus on delivering results.
