We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in building scalable, predictable, high-quality and high-performing web applications on the Microsoft technology stack.

As a Senior, you will be responsible for building and maintaining internal and external facing applications. You will work with a team of experienced developers and business resources to build high-performing enterprise systems that assist clients in making the best strategic decisions for their business.

What are we looking for?

• 5 years + development experience of: ASP.NET (3.5/4.0), MVC, C#, HTML, XML, XAML, JavaScript, ASP.NET AJAX / JQuery, Telerik/Kendo Controls, AngularJS/KnockoutJS, XML, Unit Testing

   

• Entity Framework/NHibernate
• Mobile Development
• Understanding of WCF Services, WEB API, IIS configuration and webserver performance monitoring a plus.
• OOP programming (theoretical and practical experience of OO design principles and patterns)
• Domain Driven Design (DDD) and Test Driven Development (TDD)
• Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with Visual Studio programming environments and Team Foundation server (TFS)/GIT.
• Keen to learn, make mistakes and not get defensive about them
• Open minded
• Degree or National Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related area is preferred.

   

• Microsoft certifications are a plus.
