    Medical Practice Manager

    Job description

    What we do:

Integrated Clinical Consortia™ are multidisciplinary teams and are owned by the working clinicians. They deliver healthcare of high value to patients and good quality on a sustainable basis. PPO Serve provides a complete support infrastructure including a tailor-made toolkit, support services and our Intelligent Care System for patient management.

    Why are we doing it:

Our healthcare system is in a crisis; people can no longer afford their high Medical Scheme premiums, which are the result of the lack of teamwork with fragmented care with gaps in needed treatment so problems take too long to fix. Integrated Clinical Consortia™ team clinicians provide high value patient centered care to populations, thus reducing overall healthcare costs with high levels of patient and clinician satisfaction.

    WHAT WE NEED

PPO Serve, on behalf of a new Maternity Integrated Clinical Consortium (ICC™), is looking for a Practice Manager. The Practice Manager will be responsible for all administrative functions in the new Maternity ICC™ and will be based at the Netcare Rand Hospital in Johannesburg, Gauteng.

    YOU MUST BE ABLE TO:

Prioritise work and learn quickly. Coordinate clinical practice including administration and financial management. You must have an interest and working knowledge of the relevant regulatory, ethical and risk management principles guiding the practice of healthcare in South Africa and be able to apply that knowledge on the ground as you set up the first Integrated Clinical Consortia™ (ICC™) in an exciting venture in Johannesburg.
