A+ / N+ IT Support Engineers – Independent Contractor at Quest Staffing Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line support for laptops, video and web conferences, and file sharing solutions.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Set up and manage wireless networks, ensuring reliable connectivity.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ensure uninterrupted support for daily IT operations, including:

• Wireless support issues
• Windows issues and troubleshooting
• Microsoft Office issues
• Network connectivity support and troubleshooting

Project Implementation:

• Provide critical technical support for the successful implementation of upcoming projects, ensuring timely completion within scope.

Workload Management:

• Manage the increased workload associated with ongoing laptop upgrades, rollouts, and new project demands, preventing overextension or overworking of current staff.

Skills Requirement:

• Expertise in IT support to address the technical challenges and needs of our department.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Must have A+ / N+ certification.
• Other related IT certifications.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of IT experience in 1st and 2nd level support.
